恶性血液病往往累及全身各系统,导致机体代谢及内分泌异常。我们对110例恶性血液病患者及20例健康查体者的血清甲状腺激素水平进行了对比观察,以探讨血液病对甲状腺功能的影响及其甲状腺激素水平变化的临床意义。1 资料与方法 110例恶性血液病患者中,男62例,女48例;平均年龄37.46岁。其中急性白血病(AL)43例、慢性白血病(CL)17例,所有白血病患者经化疗后达到缓解者37例;再障(AA)16例,骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)15例,恶性淋巴瘤(ML)12例,多发性骨髓瘤(MM)4例,骨髓纤维化(MF)3例。住院期间有11例患者治疗无效死亡。所有患者均无甲状腺病史。正常对照组20例,男11例、
Malignant blood diseases often involve the body’s various systems, leading to abnormal metabolism and endocrine. We compared the serum levels of thyroid hormone in 110 patients with hematologic malignancies and 20 healthy individuals with X-ray to explore the effect of hematological diseases on thyroid function and thyroid hormone levels. 1 Materials and Methods 110 cases of hematologic malignancies, 62 males and 48 females; mean age 37.46 years.
