过去清洗管子内部,多半应用化学方法或是手工来进行。我厂最近装置了一套喷砂设备来清洗管子内壁,成绩很好。设备结构这套设备装设在冷泵站附近,它的结构像附图那样,由下列这几部分组成:本体1是用铁板卷后焊接而成的。加砂斗2也是用铁板焊成的。阀门3调节冷泵的进口量。阀门4控制出砂量。阀门5装在旁通管10上,它决定出砂的多少。阀门6是在工作完毕后开放本体内残留的空气用的。盛砂室7可以保持出砂的不间断。喷嘴8做成渐缩形状,以增加喷砂的速度。管
