Human society is inseparable from the exchange of information, and most of the information needs to be temporarily or permanently recorded in a suitable storage medium, as in ancient China, the information recorded in Oracle, Jane silk. When the paper was invented, a large amount of information was recorded on the paper. In recent years, with the development and progress of science and technology, much information has been recorded on technical drawings, photographs, videos and audio recordings, video tapes, magnetic disks and magnetic tapes made from blueprints, glass, film and metal products. With the development of society, the vast amount of information generated by the world each year is staggering. According to statistics, the current scientific literature doubles every seven years and office documents double about 2-3 years. Paper is a storage medium that is still the most widely used for thousands of years, but its storage density is too low for bulky files to be large and difficult
