目的探讨64层螺旋CT尿路成像技术在泌尿系疾病中的应用。方法对61例泌尿系疾病的患者进行64层螺旋CT容积扫描,将原始数据传至工作站,应用MPR、CPR、MIP、VR进行图像后处理。结果肾及输尿管结石38例,肾及输尿管先天性变异及畸形10例,输尿管炎性狭窄4例,输尿管癌2例,膀胱疾病累及输尿管3例,邻近器官病变累及输尿管致输尿管梗阻4例,以上病例均得到手术、输尿管镜检查和临床证实。结论 MSCTU通过MPR、CPR、MIP、VR技术能清楚疾病的位置和形态,在泌尿系疾病的诊断方面具有独特的优势。
Objective To explore the application of 64-slice spiral CT urography in urological diseases. Methods Sixty-six patients with urinary tract diseases were scanned by 64-slice spiral CT, the original data were transmitted to the workstation and processed by MPR, CPR, MIP and VR. Results 38 cases of renal and ureteral calculi, 10 cases of congenital and ureteral degeneration and deformity, 4 ureteral stricture, 2 cases of ureteral cancer, 3 cases of bladder disease involving the ureter, adjacent organ lesions involving the ureter induced ureteral obstruction in 4 cases, All cases were operated on, ureteroscopy and clinically confirmed. Conclusion The MSCTU can clearly identify the location and shape of the disease through the MPR, CPR, MIP and VR techniques and has unique advantages in the diagnosis of urological diseases.
