China Oil Painting Society National Working Conference was held in Shenyang from April 6 to April 7, 2001. The meeting included a report on the work of the Institute learned during the past five years, discussing the internal work related issues in the course of development, discussing the development plan of Chinese oil painting in the new century, studying and discussing preliminary plans for several academic activities to be conducted in the future Series involves the future work of learning plans.
