一、《劳动法》为职业培训工作提供了有力的法律武器 《劳动法》为建立和完善职业技能开发体系,建立各项规章制度,改进管理措施,提供了法律依据。《劳动法·总则》中对劳动者接受职业培训的权利和义务作了明确规定。这既是对用人单位的约束,也是对劳动者提出的要求,它为职业技能开发事业提供了广阔的发展空间。第八章又单独就职业培训工作,从四个方面作了规定:
First, the “Labor Law” provides a powerful legal weapon for vocational training. The “Labor Law” provides the legal basis for establishing and improving a vocational skills development system, establishing various rules and regulations and improving management measures.
