随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断深入,在加入世界贸易组织之后,市场竞争压力不断加大,企业间的竞争形势越来越严峻。国有企业虽然整体实力较强,但落后的管理办法已经无法满足市场要求,长此以往,将逐渐失去市场竞争力。为此,应就当前的企业管理办法进行改革和创新,为企业管理诸如新的活力。本文首先简要阐述国有企业管理创新相关问题,进而分析现阶段我国国有企业管理创新现状,并提出实现其管理创新的主要策略,以期为实现我国国有企业的长足发展提供有效参考。
With the continuous deepening of China’s socialist market economic system, after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, the pressure of market competition is constantly increasing, and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more severe. Although the overall strength of state-owned enterprises is strong, the backward management measures have failed to meet market requirements and, over the long term, will gradually lose their market competitiveness. To this end, we should carry out reforms and innovations on the current corporate management approach, such as the new vitality for the management of enterprises. This article first briefly elaborates the problems related to the management innovation of state-owned enterprises, and then analyzes the status quo of the management innovation of the state-owned enterprises in our country at the present stage and puts forward the main strategies to realize its management innovation in order to provide an effective reference for realizing the rapid development of the state-owned enterprises in our country.
