新形势下对酒店管理的模式提出了更多的要求,酒店管理需要结合时代发展的特点进行适当创新。文章首先从人力资源机制不合理,缺乏酒店特色化服务以及酒店管理效率低下三个方面,对阻碍酒店管理融合创新的问题进行分析,其次针对这些问题,提出创新酒店人力资源管理模式,创建个性化酒店服务模式以及注重酒店管理中的沟通等新形势下酒店管理的融合创新对策。
Under the new situation, more requirements are put forward on the mode of hotel management. Hotel management needs to be innovated in combination with the characteristics of the development of the times. The article first analyzes the problems that hinder the integration and innovation of hotel management from three aspects: the unreasonable human resource mechanism, the lack of hotel service and the inefficiency of hotel management. Secondly, in view of these problems, this paper proposes innovative hotel human resource management mode and personalized Hotel service model and pay attention to the hotel management communication under the new situation of hotel management innovation and integration measures.
