以某航空航天发动机用头部装置支板的加工为例,针对Ti2AlNb合金的材料特性、切削性能,研究了长径比为30倍的深细孔高效切削加工工艺技术。通过对不同刀具及其切削参数进行切削试验验证,给出了适用的刀具及其切削参数,并总结出了一套适用于Ti2AlNb合金深细孔高效切削的加工工艺方法。为TiAl基类轻质难加工合金材料的高效切削技术研究提供了思路。
Taking the machining of the head unit of an aerospace engine as an example, according to the material properties and the machinability of Ti2AlNb alloy, a deep hole and high efficiency cutting process technology with an aspect ratio of 30 is studied. Through the cutting test of different cutting tools and their cutting parameters, the suitable cutting tools and their cutting parameters are given, and a set of processing technology methods for high efficiency deep hole cutting of Ti2AlNb alloy are summarized. It provides a new idea for the research of high-efficiency cutting technology of TiAl-based lightweight hard alloy.
