对热敏法纯化的人胎盘血红蛋白进行理化指标及生物学性质进行检测,结果表明纯化血红蛋白的纯度为99%,高铁Hb含量为2.09%,氧结合量为1.19ml/g,光谱分析表明纯化后空间构象没有发生改变,即保持了生物活性。对纯化血红蛋白进行PLP修饰、GDA聚合工艺形成终产品。对修饰放于聚合步骤之前及之后两种工艺产品的理化指标及生物学性质进行比较,结果表明两种工艺产品的聚合度、高铁血红蛋白含量、氧结合量、P50光谱分析图都无显著差异,且后修饰可以大大节省PLP用量,降低研究成本,因此可以考虑在研究及生产中采用后修饰工艺。
