从《边城》到《长河》,沈从文完成了令人瞠目结舌的转变,这可以从其审美“功利主义”文学观中得到解释。而老庄诗学的悖论,直接导致了沈从文小说写作中的叙事方式与理性归趋方面的矛盾。
From “Border Town” to “The Long River,” Shen Congwen accomplished a staggering change, which can be explained from his aesthetic “utilitarian” literary view. The paradox of Lao Zi and Zhuang Zhuang directly leads to the contradiction between the narrative mode and the rational trend in the novels of Shen Congwen.
