为了满足出厂水浊度在95%时间≤0.10 NTU的浙江省现代化水厂对浊度的要求,新昌中法供水有限公司在原来PAC混凝剂投加方式的基础上,增加了活化硅酸在沉淀后的二次投加,使沉后水中胶体颗粒表面性质发生改变,相互间继续混凝,并与滤料间的相互吸附能力加强,从而达到提高过滤效果,降低滤后水浊度的目的。本文在实验室、生产性试验及生产性应用方面作了研究,表明微絮凝工艺能很好地降低滤后水浊度和颗粒数,降低开泵和反冲洗时引起的初滤水浊度上升,从而增强滤池抗冲击能力,保证了出厂水水质达到浙江省现代化水厂0.10 NTU的水质目标要求。
