一、避免由于润滑而产生摩擦热在进行精冲加工时常使用润滑油,但有的润滑油在工作温度升高时摩擦系数也会增大,从而产生摩擦热,因而不宜用于精冲。例如锭子油,只要温度稍有升高,摩擦系数也即升高。又如菜子油,当温度在100℃左右时摩擦系数很低,但在150℃对摩擦系数急剧升高。目前使用的精冲润滑油含有30%动、植物油,在200℃时摩擦系数也很低。二、使用耐压负荷高的加工油精冲加工对象多半为厚板,冲切长度较长,加工速度较快。当使用一般加工油时,油膜与厚板的破断金属接触,会使模具磨损而发热,因而精冲加工油的耐压负荷须在15公斤力/厘米~2以上。锭子油的耐压负荷为4公斤力/厘米~2,菜子油为7~8公斤力/厘米~2,均不适于作精冲加工油。
