通过对三组 ,每组 6~ 8例 ,由人工流产得到的早孕蜕膜组织进行雌激素和孕激素受体m RNA的核酸酶保护分析表明 ,米非司酮组雌激素和孕激素受体 m RNA水平均有显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,以未服药组为对照 ,而含双炔失碳酯的复方米非司酮组相应的 m RNA变化不明显。实验结果揭示 ,在有类似的抗早孕效果情况下 ,复方米非司酮对机体雌、孕激素受体 m RNA的影响相对较小 ,可能更适宜于作为抗早孕药物
Nuclide protection of estrogen and progesterone receptor m RNA in early pregnancy decidua from three groups of 6 to 8 cases from each group showed that estrogen and progesterone receptor m RNA levels were significantly increased (P <0.05), with no medication group as a control, and an anordrin ester-containing mifepristone group m RNA did not change significantly. The experimental results revealed that in similar anti-early pregnancy effect, the compound mifepristone on the body estrogen and progesterone receptor m RNA relatively small, may be more appropriate as an anti-early pregnancy drug
