从欧甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra var.ty-pica)根中分得六种化合物:甘草素(Liquiri-tigenin,Ia),甘草甙(Iiquiritin,Ib),鼠李糖甘草甙(Rhamno-liquiritin,Id),异甘草素(Isoliquiritingenin,IIa),异甘草甙(Isoli-quiritin,IIb)和鼠李糖异甘草甙(Rhamno-isoliquiritin,IId)。其中Id(7,4′-二羟基双氢黄酮-4′-葡萄糖-鼠李糖甙)与其相应的查耳酮甙IId尚未在其他甘草品种中发现。取150克甘草粉末用石油醚渗漉,干燥后用3000毫升乙醇提取,减压回收乙醇后得10.15克提取物。取2克提取物溶于10毫升乙酸乙酯中,通过纤维素柱,以水饱和的乙酸乙酯洗脱,每收集50毫升洗脱液经薄层层析
Six compounds were isolated from roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra var. Tty-pica: Liquiri-tigenin (Ia), Iiquiritin (Ib), Rhamno-liquiritin Isoliquiritingenin (IIa), Isoli-quiritin (IIb) and Rhamno-isoliquiritin (IId). Among them, Id (7,4’-dihydroxyflavanone-4’-glucose-rhamnoside) and its corresponding chalcone IId have not been found in other licorice varieties. Take 150 grams of licorice powder with petroleum ether percolation, dried with 3000 ml ethanol extraction, recovery of ethanol under reduced pressure to give 10.15 grams of extract. Two grams of the extract was dissolved in 10 ml of ethyl acetate and passed through a cellulose column, which was eluted with water-saturated ethyl acetate, and 50 ml of each eluate was collected by thin-layer chromatography
