利用120目秸秆粉、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、偶联剂(马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸)、SBS弹性体、增塑剂(DOP)、硬脂酸锌及润滑剂在高速混炼机中混合均匀,再经过注塑机注塑成型,成型出了可生物降解木塑复合样条。采用单因素和正交实验,改变注射温度、注射压力、注射速度,研究了3个因素对可生物降解木塑复合材料密度、表观质量和力学性能影响,得到了该生物降解木塑复合材料的最佳注塑成型工艺。实验结果表明:当注射温度为178℃,注射压力为5 MPa,注射速度为45%时,该生物降解木塑复合材料密度相对最小,表观质量和力学性能相对最好。
Using 120 mesh straw powder, polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS), coupling agent (maleic anhydride grafted polylactic acid), SBS elastomer, plasticizer Zinc and lubricants mixed in a high-speed mixer, and then injection molding machine injection molding, forming a biodegradable WPC composite spline. The effects of three factors on the density, apparent quality and mechanical properties of biodegradable WPC composites were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The injection temperature, injection pressure and injection speed were changed. The biodegradability of WPC composites The best injection molding process. The experimental results show that when the injection temperature is 178 ℃, the injection pressure is 5 MPa and the injection speed is 45%, the density of the biodegradable wood-plastic composites is relatively minimum, and the apparent quality and mechanical properties are the best.
