以锯片的实际锯切工况为背景,选取现场使用中出现问题的两种齿形,利用有限元软件建模并对锯齿部位进行应力分析,找出两种齿形在锯切工况相同时锯齿应力的分布规律,分析其对于锯片使用效果的影响,为硬质合金锯片的齿形设计提供理论依据,进而可对不同用户、不同锯切工况,有针对性的进行锯片齿形设计,改善锯切效果。
