利用盆栽试验研究了拔节期水分胁迫对玉米植株性状、光合生理及产量的影响。结果表明,玉米拔节期轻度、中度、重度水分胁迫处理的株高、茎粗、单株叶面积、地上部风干重、根风干重和根长均低于对照,根冠比高于对照。在子粒灌浆期测量,轻度、中度、重度水分胁迫处理的光合速率低于对照,叶片水分利用效率均高于对照。拔节期轻度、中度、重度水分胁迫处理分别比对照减产7.50%、21.04%和26.19%。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of water stress at jointing stage on plant characters, photosynthetic physiology and yield of maize. The results showed that plant height, stem diameter, leaf area per plant, aerial dry weight, root dry weight and root length of maize were lower than those of the control at light, moderate and severe water stress. . At the grain filling stage, the photosynthetic rate of mild, moderate and severe water stress treatments was lower than that of the control, and the water use efficiency of leaves was higher than that of the control. The light, moderate and severe water stress treatments at the jointing stage reduced the yield by 7.50%, 21.04% and 26.19% respectively compared with the control.
