目的基因的稳定遗传和稳定表达是转基因水稻的必备特性,也是转基因水稻安全评价的重要科目。采用PCR、Southern杂交、RT-PCR、ELISA和除草剂抗性鉴定技术,对转基因抗除草剂水稻Bar68-1进行遗传稳定性分析。研究结果表明,Bar基因已整合在转基因抗除草剂水稻Bar68-1基因组中并可稳定遗传,在转录水平和翻译水平上均可检测到目的基因的稳定表达,在表型上检测出Bar68-1对草铵膦除草剂具有抗性。
Stable genetic and stable expression of the target gene is an essential feature of transgenic rice and is also an important subject of the safety evaluation of transgenic rice. The genetic stability of transgenic herbicide-resistant rice Bar68-1 was analyzed by PCR, Southern hybridization, RT-PCR, ELISA and herbicide resistance. The results showed that the Bar gene has been integrated into the genetically modified herbicide-resistant rice Bar68-1 genome and can be stably inherited.
