目的 研究中脑网状结构损伤后猫EEG相对功率的动态变化,了解其与损伤程度和意识障碍之间的关系及意义。方法 用三种不同强度的直流电立体定向电解损毁猫中脑网状结构造成不同程度的损伤,动态监测猫意识和EEG相对功率的变化,研究其变化规律与中脑网状结构损伤和意识的关系。结果 中脑网状结构损伤后随着猫意识障碍的恶化与恢复,猫EEG相对功率相应地发生变化,且与损伤程度和意识障碍变化有一致性。结论中脑网状结构损伤后猫EEC相对功率发生规律性变化,α、β波功率下降,δ、θ波功率增加,但可随意识好转而恢复,EEG相对功率的变化可以反应中脑损伤和意识障碍的程度和转归,对临床有指导意义。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of the relative power of cat EEG after injury of midbrain reticular structure and to understand its relationship with the extent of impairment and disturbance of consciousness. Methods Three different intensities of DC stereotaxic electrolytic damage to the cat midbrain reticular formation caused varying degrees of damage, dynamic monitoring of cats and EEG relative power changes, the study of its changes and the relationship between the damage and consciousness of the midbrain reticular structure . Results With the deterioration and recovery of cat disturbance, the relative power of cat EEG changed accordingly, and was consistent with the changes of injury degree and disturbance of consciousness. Conclusions The relative power of cat EEC changes regularly after the damage of middle reticular network. The power of α, β wave declines and the power of δ, θ wave increases. However, it can recover automatically with the change of relative power of EEG. The degree and outcome of the disturbance of consciousness have clinical significance.
