目的对某热电厂三期工程可能产生的职业病危害因素及防护措施进行控制效果评价,为卫生行政部门验收建设项目提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生调查法、现场检测检验法、检查表法等进行综合分析评价。结果该建设项目的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计等基本符合职业卫生标准,现场检测各种毒物均符合国家标准,粉尘检测合格率为64%,噪声检测合格率为85%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards and protection measures that may occur in the third phase of a thermal power plant and provide the basis for acceptance of construction projects by the health administrative departments. Methods The method of on-the-spot occupational health survey, on-site inspection and test, checklist and so on were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The overall layout of the construction project, the layout of production equipment and the design of occupational disease protection facilities basically met the occupational health standards. All the poisonous substances detected on site met the national standards. The passing rate of dust testing was 64% and the passing rate of noise testing was 85%. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in the construction project are feasible and effective.
