中科院承担的国家“七五”科技攻关项目——重要作物原生质体再生植株,经过四年的研究,已取得突破性进展,相继将水稻(粳稻、籼稻、糯稻)、玉米、小麦、大豆、高梁、小偃麦、谷子的原生质体培养成完整植株,还将中华弥猴桃、哈密瓜、洋葱等原生质体诱导成植株。这些科研成果使我国在该领域的研究处于国际领先地位和先进水平。近年来,植物生物工程在世界范围内的蓬勃发展,使作物从传统的种子繁殖正逐步走向细胞繁殖。许多实验证明,原生质体是植物遗传操作的最有效的途径之一。然而,人类赖以生存的禾谷类及油料作物的原生质体的再生植株,一直是生物技术 After four years of research, breakthrough projects have been made in the “Seventh Five-Year” Scientific and Technological Project undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which are the key plant protoplast regeneration plants.
