目的:探讨持续质量改进在神经外科病房检验危急值管理中的实施效果。方法:将2013年1~6月在湖州市中心医院神经外科住院治疗的120例患者为对照组,采用常规管理;将2013年7~12月在该院神经外科住院治疗的120例患者为观察组,在常规管理基础上,在检验危急值管理中运用持续质量改进。观察比较两组患者的危急值知识、管理制度差别、患者的投诉率和两组缺陷率。结果:实验组的危急值知识及管理制度明显提高(P<0.05);实验组投诉率及缺陷率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:针对神经外科病房检验危急值管理,采用持续质量改进可明显提高神经外科护理人员整体素质,完善管理制度,提高护理质量和护理效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement in the management of critical value in neurosurgical ward. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients hospitalized in Department of Neurosurgery, Huzhou Central Hospital from January to June 2013 were selected as the control group and routinely managed. The 120 patients hospitalized in neurosurgery from July 2013 to December 2013 were observed Group, based on routine management, used continuous quality improvement in testing critical value management. Two groups of patients were observed and compared the critical value of knowledge, management system differences, the patient’s complaint rate and two sets of defect rates. Results: The critical value knowledge and management system of the experimental group was significantly improved (P <0.05). The complaint rate and the defect rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the neurosurgical ward examination of critical value management, using continuous quality improvement can significantly improve the overall quality of neurosurgery nursing staff, improve the management system, improve the quality of nursing and nursing effects.
