心理资本是个体在其成长发展中的积极心理状态,对个体的认知、情绪及行为等产生重要影响。现有对心理资本的研究主要集中在个体层面上,对团队层面的心理资本研究相对较少。团队心理资本是团队成员在协调互动中形成的共有积极心理状态,包括五个构成要素:共同愿景、团队效能感、团队韧性、团队乐观、团队归属感,运用社会感染及认知趋同理论分析团队心理资本的形成机制,最终提出有关团队心理资本的“五个导向”开发措施。
Psychological capital is the positive psychological state of an individual in its growth and development, and has an important influence on individual’s cognition, emotion and behavior. The existing research on mental capital mainly focuses on the individual level, but relatively few on the psychological level at the team level. Team psychological capital is the common positive state of mind formed by team members in the coordination and interaction. It includes five components: common vision, team sense of efficacy, team resilience, team optimism, sense of team belonging, teamwork using social infection and cognitive convergence theory The formation mechanism of psychological capital finally puts forward “five guiding” development measures about team psychological capital.
