用镉还原柱层析和比色法与 L929细胞生物活性法测定了50例新生儿脐血一氧化氮(NO)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNFα)水平。结果表明:健康早产儿和低体重儿的脐血 NO水平显著高于足月儿和正常体重儿;性别和出生方式对脐血 NO 水平无显著影响;脐血 TNFα水平则与胎龄、性别、出生方式和出生体重均无显著相关。本文为临床开展 NO 和 TNFα检测提供健康新生儿正常值。
The levels of NO and TNFα in cord blood of 50 newborns were determined by cadmium reduction column chromatography and colorimetric assay, and the biological activity of L929 cells. The results showed that the levels of NO in healthy preterm and low birth weight infants were significantly higher than those in full-term infants and normal weight infants. The sex and birth pattern had no significant effect on the level of NO in umbilical blood. The levels of TNFα in cord blood correlated with gestational age, There was no significant correlation between birth pattern and birth weight. This article provides a healthy normal newborn for the clinical detection of NO and TNFα.
