为了观察荷瘤机体内自由基形成和清除间动态平衡的变化以及几种中草药对荷瘤机体有无抗氧化作用,我们用雄性昆明种小鼠180只分三批进行实验,动物随机分为6~8组。分别观察正常机体和荷瘤机体血中GSH-Px活性及过氧化脂质含量。实验结果表明肿瘤组小鼠体内自由基形成和清除间的动态平衡发生了严重紊乱,其血中GSH-Px活性显著降低,过氧化脂质含量显著增加。而贞芪扶正冲剂、沙棘汁和红毛五加多糖对荷瘤小鼠有明显的抗氧化作用,均可使血中GSH-Px活性增高和过氧化脂质含量明显降低。墓头回则未显示有抗氧化作用。
In order to observe the changes in the dynamic balance between free radical formation and clearance in tumor-bearing organs and the antioxidant effects of several Chinese herbal medicines on tumor-bearing organisms, we used 180 male Kunming mice to perform experiments in three batches. Animals were randomly divided into 6 groups. ~ 8 groups. The GSH-Px activity and lipid peroxide content in normal and tumor-bearing organisms were observed. The experimental results showed that the dynamic balance between free radical formation and clearance in the mice of the tumor group was seriously disordered, and the blood GSH-Px activity was significantly reduced, and the lipid peroxide content was significantly increased. The Zhenqi Fuzheng granules, sea buckthorn juice and Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides have obvious anti-oxidation effects on tumor-bearing mice, which can increase blood GSH-Px activity and lipid peroxide content. The head of the tomb did not show antioxidant effects.
