最近笔者遇见了战争年代的一位老同志。他感慨地说,过去,战争年代也好,土改时期也罢,即使是解放以后的一段时间里,我们的干部哪个不经常敲老百姓的门?许多同志经常和老乡挤在一个炕上睡觉,一袋旱烟你抽来我抽去,亲热得很。老百姓和我们贴得紧,就是因为我们乐于接近群众,会做群众工作。如今,我们一些干部敲老百姓的门少了,有的甚至不敲了。这位老同志的话是意味深长的。过去,我们的许多同志确实善于到群众中去,做艰苦细致的工作,乐于帮助群众解决问题,与群众交知心朋友。因为大家知道,我们的干部来自人民,给养来自人民,革命斗争以及现在领导人民发展市场经济的巨大力量也来自于人民,多争取一个群众就多一份力量。现在,这种意识在一些同志头脑里显得淡漠了,
