近几年来,随着城市拆迁改造力度的加大,商品房、二手房供不应求,房价一路飞涨,使我们的非住宅公房越来越少。以常州为例,随着房价的不断攀升和市民购买店面房的热情高涨,购置新房产的投入越来越大。在这种现有经营房产面积每年减少,租金逐年减少的情况下,如何适应市场经济发展,使企业稳定发展,创新国有房产管理颇为重要。
