【编辑视点】老师们都说,现在的孩子越来越不好管,班主任越来越难当,一点不错。难的原因,是现代教育的内涵更加丰富,外延更加拓展,老师们不容易把握。以班主任工作为例。“多元化”的学生,要求班主任的角色不断延伸,“滋生”出更多新的角色。他们是班级的组织者、管理者,也是班妈妈、评判者和学生的知心朋友;他们是班级的建设者、领导者,也是领头羊、爱的传播者和心灵的守护神……他们集多种身份于一身,面对不同阶段、不同年龄的学生,针对具体的情况、场景,他们又需要在各种角色间自由转换。但是,这所有角色都有一个共同的指向——教育者,这就要求我们的一切活动都必须负载教育意义,我们的一切行为都必须具有教育性。把握住了这点,我们就把住了班主任工作的“命门”。

Grasp this point, we put the teacher in charge of “life gate ”.
