领导力发展的新领域主要由两部分组成,包括构建一个整体发展体系方面的分析程度和辨别能力。文章阐述了领导力发展的一种方法,即个体和其相关领导力辨别能力是较低组织层面发展潜力的焦点,而集体观念是较高组织层面的焦点。就各自领导能力而言,首先提及分析层面的独特领域和领导决策,然后共同讨论其发展策略,即为了更好地发展领导力决策,一个很有效的方法是把员工们不分等级地调动起来进行决策。
The new area of leadership development is mainly composed of two parts, including the degree of analysis and discernment in building an overall development system. The paper describes a method of leadership development in which individuals and their associated leadership discernibility are the focus of development potential at a lower organizational level, while collective values are the focus of the higher organizational level.
