通过理论分析传热系数修正值,讨论了上海地区反射隔热涂料的节能机理;并结合上海地区的气候特征,采用Design Builder软件模拟计算了反射隔热涂料对该地区办公建筑全年能耗的影响。结果表明:高反射隔热涂料能够降低办公建筑夏季空调冷负荷,同时会增加冬季采暖热负荷,但是增加的冬季热负荷小于降低的夏季冷负荷,故总体来说能够降低建筑能耗,建筑能耗节能量可达8.89 k W·h/(m2·a),建筑能耗节能效率为2.83%,具有一定的节能潜力。
Through the theoretical analysis of the heat transfer coefficient correction value, the energy-saving mechanism of the reflective insulation coating in Shanghai was discussed. Combined with the climate characteristics in Shanghai, DesignBuilder software was used to simulate the energy consumption of reflective insulation coating in the annual office buildings in the area influences. The results show that the high reflective insulation coatings can reduce the cooling load of summer air conditioning in office buildings and increase the heating load in winter, but the increased winter heat load is less than the decreased summer cooling load, so overall the energy consumption of buildings can be reduced. Energy consumption of 8.89 kW · h / (m2 · a), energy efficiency of 2.83% for building energy consumption, with a certain energy saving potential.
