执行力是企业运营成败的关键。执行力差不仅会消耗大量的人力、物力和财力,还会错失良机,制约企业的战略发展。广西联通自2010年起,探索有效连接“目标”与“执行”的管理创新模式,特别在考评机制建设方面,大力推动变革与创新。两年多的实践证明,这些措施有效地推动了公司全面提升以“目标与责任”为核心的执行能力,极大地促进了公司的可持续发展。
Executive power is the key to the success of business operations. Poor execution will not only consume a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but also miss the opportunity to restrict the strategic development of enterprises. Since 2010, Guangxi Unicom has explored a management innovation model that effectively connects “target ” and “execution ”, and vigorously promotes change and innovation in the construction of evaluation mechanism. More than two years of practice have proved that these measures have effectively promoted the company’s overall ability to enhance execution centered around “goals and responsibilities ” and greatly promoted the sustainable development of the company.
