目的了解某石化企业近几年工作场所空气中苯的污染程度及整治效果。方法依据国标方法进行采样、检测、分析,对该企业项目进行职业病危害现状评价。结果高毒性苯检出率和超标率随着工作场所现场监测点位生产状况和工艺不同,而发生明显改变。结论近几年企业强化职业卫生管理,防控措施较为有效。尤其对于企业工作场所存在的高毒职业病危害因素,除了加强监测力度,加强个人防护用品的监督管理,还应着力于改进生产工艺,使生产设施更加密闭化、自动化,使职业病防护措施落实到实处。对于石化企业,加强对高毒苯的防控仍是今后职业卫生工作的重点。
Objective To understand the degree of benzene pollution and the remediation effect in the air of a petrochemical enterprise in the workplace in recent years. Methods Sampling, testing and analysis were conducted according to the national standard method, and the status quo of occupational diseases in this project was evaluated. Results Highly toxic benzene detection rate and excessive rate of workplace monitoring sites with workplace production conditions and processes vary significantly changed. Conclusion In recent years, enterprises strengthen occupational health management, prevention and control measures are more effective. In particular, in order to strengthen the monitoring efforts and strengthen the supervision and management of personal protective equipment, efforts should be made to improve the production technology, to make the production facilities more confidential and automatic, and to implement the occupational disease prevention measures in a practical way. . For petrochemical enterprises, strengthening the prevention and control of highly toxic benzene is still the focus of occupational health work in the future.
