对象和方法 1.调查对象为四川省成都、重庆和乐山盲哑学校的8-24岁的盲生103名,哑生453名。 2.检查以视诊为主,配合问诊,用哑语询问病人及教师介绍情况来了解口腔不良习惯。 3.在自然光直视下,由三位正畸医师检查受检者口内的牙齿排列情况、牙(牙合)形态及咬(牙合)关系。检查的标准是以个别正常(牙合)做为正常标准。按临床错(牙合)分类法分为牙列拥挤、深覆合、前牙反(牙合)、前牙开(牙合)、前牙间隙,锁(牙合)及个别牙错位。本文只统计明显的错(牙合),轻微的错(牙合)列为正常范围。对有多种
