目前，常用的涂装喷字工艺存在费时、费力、效率低、成本高等问题，故对涂装喷字工艺进行了改进，设计研发出磁性字模板工艺，并进行了验证。结果表明，改进后磁性字模板喷字工艺工时间缩短至3 min/台，工艺定员减少到1人，成本降低至1.90元/台。“,”At present, automobile paint spraying technology is time-consuming, laborious, inefficient, high cost. The automotive coating spraying process was improved, and the magnetic word template technology was designed, developed and verified. The results showed that working-our was shortened to 3 minutes, worker was reduced to one people, cost was reduced to 1.90 yuan for optimization of automobile coating spraying process.
