对800例正常人右胸导联心电图进行分析,提示P波绝大多数为小圆直立P,时间<0.1S,电压<0.2mV。V_1、V_3R96.12%为rS型,由V_1至V_5Rr波逐渐消失,1/3正常人V_4R、V_5R呈qR、qRS、QS型。V_5RQ=0.04s者占Q波出现人数的24.26%。Q/R比值>1/3V_4R占62.5%,V_5R占77.2%。ST段V_4R、V_5R在等电位线上约占95%,V_1、V_3R上斜型抬高≤0.1mV为17.6%。T波多与QRS主波方向一致,倒T深度不超过0.4mV。
