介绍华能海门电厂1036MW超超临界直流锅炉投产后成功实施给水加氧的过程及成果,该项成果的应用,解决了一般机组运行时精处理混床运行周期短、锅炉系统结垢速率高、锅炉化学清洗周期短的问题,同时减少了机组运行过程给水加氨量、再生混床树脂用酸碱量及自用除盐水量,从而达到节能减排的目的,取得了较好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the successful implementation of water supply and oxygenation process after the 1036MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler is put into production in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant. The application of this result solves the problems of short running cycle, high scaling rate of boiler system, Chemical cleaning cycle is short, while reducing the amount of ammonia added to the water during the operation of the unit, the amount of acid and alkali regenerated mixed bed resin and water for self-use desalination, so as to achieve energy-saving emission reduction purposes, and achieved good economic returns.
