高效液相色谱仪使用方便、分离效能高、选择性高、检测灵敏度高、分析快速的特点得到广泛的运用。但是这些特点是在对其精心维护和正确操作的前提下才能实现,尤其是使用完毕后要对系统进行长时间冲洗,无杂质后方可关闭泵及电源,操作人员才能离开。这给大批量样品分析带来不便,能找到一种实现自动进样、自动分析、自动冲洗系统、自动关闭系统的全过程自动化无人操作是使用者追求的最理想境界。
High performance liquid chromatography easy to use, high separation efficiency, high selectivity, high sensitivity, rapid analysis has been widely used. However, these characteristics are meticulously maintained and properly operated. This is especially true after the system has been used for a long time and the pump and power supply can be switched off without impurities before the operator can leave. This brings inconvenience to high-volume sample analysis. It is an ideal state that the user can pursue to find an automatic unmanned operation in the whole process of realizing automatic sampling, automatic analysis, automatic flushing system and automatic shut-down system.
