The issue of air traffic flow management has become a major and urgent challenge for domestic and foreign aviation administrations to solve effectively. In order to further research on the problem of air traffic flow management, this paper proposes a multi-intelligent algorithm to try and explore. And hopes to discuss the implementation plan with researchers and experts in related fields and is expected to experiment with a small air traffic control simulator developed by NASA.
