我所从1986年开始在室内培植金针菇,并测定了不同品种金针菇的几种营养成分含量。现将测定方法和结果简报如下:实验方法(一)制备样品将适量鲜金针菇的菌盖、菌柄分开,放入40~50℃鼓风干燥箱中烘约24小时后置空气中与空气湿度相平衡24小时以上,即为风干样品。(二)水分测定采用105℃干燥法。称取风干试样约5,000克,放入105℃干燥箱中烘至恒重。(三)灰分测定称取已测水分的干样品2~5克,在电炉上烧至无烟后,移入550~660℃高温炉中灰化至灰白色(约2~3小时),取出置干燥器冷却
