为了找出随动底盘车架各销轴的最大受力值,在分析随动底盘工作原理的基础上,建立计算模型,以车架承载的最大载荷参数,运用Mathematica软件计算并绘制各销轴受力曲线。根据计算结果,使用SolidWorks Simulation对车架进行有限元分析,并改进车架结构设计。各销轴的最大受力值也为液压系统及车桥的设计提供依据。
In order to find out the maximum force value of each pin of the following chassis frame, based on the analysis of the working principle of the following chassis, the calculation model is established and the maximum load parameters of the frame are calculated by using Mathematica software to calculate and draw each pin Force curve. Based on the calculation results, the finite element analysis of the frame is carried out using SolidWorks Simulation, and the frame structure design is improved. The maximum force of each pin axis also provides the basis for the design of hydraulic system and axle.
