主观幸福感是个体根据自定的标准对其生活质量的总体评估,是个体对自己的主观评价。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法对鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师主观幸福感进行调查研究,结果发现:鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师总体主观幸福感水平不高,其正向情感处于中等水平以上,负向情感略低于中等水平;生活满意度评价为“既满意又不满意”。体育教师的主观幸福感除正向情绪维度不存在性别差异外,其它维度上均存在显著的性别差异,男性幸福感高于女性;中学体育教师的主观幸福感总体上高于小学体育教师,但在负向情绪维度上,前者得分低于后者;教龄只在负向情感维度上显示出了差异性;收入变量在情感维度上不存在差异,但在生活满意度和总体主观幸福感上存在显著差异。
Subjective well-being is the individual’s overall assessment of their quality of life based on their own criteria, which is the subjective evaluation of the individual. The author investigated the subjective well-being of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in ethnic minority areas in western Hubei province by literature, questionnaire and other methods. The results showed that the overall level of subjective well-being of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in western Hubei is not high, Emotions are above average and negative emotions are slightly below average; life satisfaction is rated as “both satisfied and dissatisfied”. Physical education teachers ’subjective well-being has the same gender difference in other dimensions except for the positive emotional dimension. The male happiness is higher than that of the female. The middle school PE teachers’ overall subjective well-being is higher than that of primary school PE teachers. In the negative emotion dimension, the former score is lower than the latter; the teaching age only displays the difference in the negative emotion dimension; the income variable has no difference in the emotion dimension, but exists in the life satisfaction and the overall subjective well-being Significant differences.
