对活齿端面谐波齿轮的啮合过程进行了深入分析,发现啮合副采用非对称齿形,能够增加同时参与啮合的活齿数,提高传递的功率。继而对活齿端面谐波齿轮非对称齿形啮合副的结构进行了研究,提出了4种可行的非对称齿形活齿,并在此基础上,推导出了非对称齿形啮合副正确啮合的结构条件,最后验证了非对称齿形啮合副在该结构条件下传动比的恒定。
