昆明世纪中心大厦在两层地下室已经施工完毕后,发现需要对已施工完毕部分的立柱全部进行更换。本文对钢结构托梁换柱施工技术进行探讨、分析。在不破坏原有建筑结构,节约成本、资源条件下进行地下室改造。把原结构的双筒变成三筒结构,更换的钢立柱由原来的双工字型变为箱型柱。实际施工证明:托梁换柱的施工技术,对高层建筑改造加固安全可靠。为以后针对钢结构房屋建筑的改造、加固,提供了安全可靠的施工工艺。在国内迄今为止没有相应经验前提条件下,世纪中心大厦的托梁换柱的成功开创了云南省高层钢结构建筑改造加固的先河。
