由于工业机器人具有相当高的柔性,近三十年来在人类生活的诸多方面得到迅猛发展。设计了一台用于给热冲压设备运送物料的工业机器人的手臂。确定了热冲压机床上、下料机械人手臂的总体结构及设计的相关参数,并对驱动系统的选择、手臂伸缩的速度、力的计算等加以阐述。该手臂最大负载为40kg,通过挂载在运动平台上可以实现预定的动作要求。
Due to the rather high flexibility of industrial robots, the rapid development of many aspects of human life has been achieved over the past three decades. An arm was designed for industrial robots used to transport material to hot stamping equipment. The overall structure and design parameters of the robot arm on the hot stamping machine are determined, and the selection of the drive system, the speed of arm expansion and contraction, the calculation of force and so on are described. The arm maximum load of 40kg, mounted on the sports platform can achieve the desired action requirements.
