患者在接受药物治疗过程中因药物引起的纠纷称为药患纠纷。药房的工作量相对较大,而且一般的基层医院药房工作人员达不到医务人员人数的8%,稍有不慎非常容易发生药患纠纷。有资料表明在250例医疗事故责任中属于药剂科的有24例,占9.6%[1]。药患纠纷不但影响患者的身心健康而且影响医院的声誉及发展。避免发生药患纠纷,构建和谐的新型药患关系将有利于患者的身心健康,有利于提高药学服务水平。
Patients in the process of receiving medication due to drug-induced dispute called drug dispute. The workload of the pharmacy is relatively large, and the average staff of the pharmacy in the grassroots hospitals can not reach 8% of the number of medical staff. It is very easy to be in charge of drug disputes because of the slightest mistake. There are data that show that in 250 cases of responsibility for medical accidents belonging to the pharmacy department, 24 cases, accounting for 9.6% [1]. Drug disputes not only affect the patient’s physical and mental health but also affect the hospital’s reputation and development. To avoid drug disputes, building a harmonious relationship between new drug patients will be conducive to the physical and mental health of patients is conducive to improving the level of pharmacy services.
