本院自2005年1月至2008年12月共收治以结肠癌为原发病并发急性肠梗阻患者16例。因慢性消耗,病情急重,本身梗阻。未能行术前常规肠道准备。术中给予临时快速准备,并立即行结肠

本院自2005年1月至2008年12月共收治以结肠癌为原发病并发急性肠梗阻患者16例。因慢性消耗,病情急重,本身梗阻。未能行术前常规肠道准备。术中给予临时快速准备,并立即行结肠癌一期切除吻合术,未发生吻合口漏,3例因切口感染,切口脂肪液化使切口延迟愈合,其余13例切口愈合良好。
The hospital from January 2005 to December 2008 were treated with colon cancer as the primary disease in patients with acute intestinal obstruction in 16 cases. Because of chronic consumption, serious condition, obstruction itself. Preoperative routine bowel preparation failed. Intraoperative provision of temporary and rapid preparation and immediate colorectal cancer resection and anastomosis, anastomotic leakage did not occur, 3 cases of incision infection, incision fat liquefaction delayed wound healing, the remaining 13 cases of healing well.
