我从1995年开始分管老干部工作,6年多的工作实践使我深深体会到:要做好老干部工作,最重要的是要用“三个代表”重要思想作指导,以高度的责任感和事业心对待老干部工作。要关心老干部,真心实意地为老同志排忧解难。在工作中我一直遵循着“尊老讲感情,深入知疾困,办事无戏言,政策重落实,工作要规范,理解促稳定”的原则,抓好全院离退休的干部工作。 一、加强老干部思想政治工作 1998年,我院党委决定成立离退休干部 Since 1995, I have been in charge of the work of veteran cadres. Over the past 6 years of work practice, I have come to realize that it is of the utmost importance to do a good job in veteran cadres with the guidance of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and with a high sense of responsibility and cause Treat veteran work. We must care for the veteran cadres, sincerely hope to solve the problems for the old comrades. In my work, I have always followed the principle of “respecting the elderly and feeling deeply involved in poverty, doing things without juggling, implementing policies, standardizing work, and promoting stability”, and did a good job of retired cadres in the hospital. First, strengthen the ideological and political work of veteran cadres In 1998, our hospital party committee decided to set up retired cadres
