选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)脱硝系统中,还原剂喷枪的雾化特性对脱硝效率存在明显影响。通过改善喷枪的雾化特性以及提高喷枪对烟气的穿透深度,可以有效地提高脱硝效率。因此实验研究了SNCR内混喷枪的混合室喷孔结构对雾化特性的影响。实验设计了三种结构喷孔,研究了在不同气、液压力下三种喷孔的流量特性和雾化特性。实验表明:混合室喷孔结构对流量特性影响较小;扇形喷孔的喷枪的雾化效果最好,且液滴颗粒有粗有细,一大圆孔的喷枪水平射程最大。
Selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitrification system, reducing agent spray gun atomization characteristics of denitration efficiency has a significant impact. By improving the atomization characteristics of the spray gun and increasing the penetration depth of the spray gun to the flue gas, the denitrification efficiency can be effectively improved. Therefore, the experimental study of SNCR mixed spray gun mixing chamber spray hole structure on the atomization characteristics. Experimental design of the three structure of the nozzle hole, the study of the different gas and hydraulic pressure flow characteristics of the three spray holes and characteristics. The experimental results show that the structure of nozzle orifice in mixing chamber has little influence on the flow characteristics. The atomizing effect of the fan nozzle with fan orifice is the best, and the droplet particles are coarse and fine with the largest horizontal bore of a large hole.
