以文心兰“黄金3号”为试材,采用正交实验设计,研究了文心兰“黄金3号”在不同水平氮磷钾施肥下,植株矿质元素含量及营养生长状况。结果表明:N1、P2、K2有利于假鳞茎对矿质元素的吸收;N2、P2、K2有利于叶片对矿质元素的吸收;不同水平的施氮量对根中矿质元素的含量影响不大,P2、K1有利于根对矿质元素的吸收;不同处理间与不同氮磷钾施肥水平间对文心兰“黄金3号”营养生长的影响显著,N2或N3、P2、K1最有利于文心兰地上部分生长。综上可知,N2(200mg/L)、P2(100mg/L)、K1(110mg/L)最有利于文心兰“黄金3号”生长。
Taking Wen Xin Lan “Golden No.3 ” as test material, the orthogonal experimental design was used to study the mineral elements content and vegetative growth status of Wen Xinlan “Golden No.3 ” under different levels of NPK fertilization. .
